Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company(FirstFluke) and users in relation to the use of the fortune consultation service provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Paid Services and Per-Item Payment)
- The paid services provided by the Company are offered on a per-item payment basis, where the user individually selects and pays for each content item such as Saju or fortune analysis.
- The price of each item is displayed on the payment screen inclusive of VAT, and the corresponding service is provided once payment is completed.
- Payment is made through payment methods provided by the Company, such as credit cards. The Company does not store or accumulate any prepaid balance or virtual credit.
- When a minor makes a payment, the consent of a legal representative is required; without such consent, the minor or the legal representative may cancel the payment.
Article 3 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)
- A user may withdraw the subscription within 7 days from the date of payment, provided that the analysis result for the relevant item has not been generated or provided (viewed).
- Due to the nature of the content, where the analysis result has been generated and provided immediately after payment, withdrawal of subscription may be restricted in accordance with the 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.」; in such cases, the Company notifies the user of this fact before payment.
- Full refunds are provided in cases attributable to the Company, such as overpayment, duplicate payment, or non-provision of service.
- Refunds are, in principle, processed using the same payment method, and may take 3 to 5 business days.
- Refund requests are received through customer support (email: our.first.fluke@gmail.com).
Article 4 (Service Use)
- The service is provided for fortune consultation purposes and does not provide medical or legal advice.
- Consultation results are for reference only, and users are solely responsible for their decisions.
- The Company strives to provide stable service, but is not liable for temporary interruptions caused by unavoidable technical issues.
Article 5 (Restrictions on Use)
The Company may restrict service use in any of the following cases:
- Impersonating or misusing another person's information
- Intentionally interfering with service operation
- Engaging in acts against public morals and social order
- Violating applicable laws and regulations
Article 6 (Personal Information Protection)
The Company complies with applicable personal information protection laws, including PIPA, and detailed matters regarding personal information processing are set forth in the separate Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Amendment of Terms)
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent not prohibited by applicable laws, and will notify users of the effective date and reasons for amendment through in-service notices or web pages.
- If a user continues to use the service after the amended Terms take effect, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
